Jim earned his law degree from Gonzaga University and was admitted to practice in Nevada in 1993. He served for 25 years as a prosecutor in the Clark County (Nevada) District Attorney’s Office, where he tirelessly served his community and honed his expertise in trial advocacy. He then represented plaintiffs in personal injury actions before switching to the defense side, where he focuses his practice on the defense of individuals, corporations, and insurance companies in all aspects of personal injury cases, including premises liability and trucking and motor vehicle accidents.
