Tommie earned her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and her law degree from the University of Miami.
She has extensive experience litigating in state and federal courts as counsel for individuals, corporations, and insurance companies in the defense of personal and commercial lines insurance policies. She focuses her practice on the defense of personal injury, transportation and automobile accidents, premises liability, professional liability, and products liability cases.
Tommie enjoys high altitude mountaineering and has summited several of the highest mountains in the world, most recently Aconcagua (22,837 ft) in 2022, Manasulu (26,781 ft) in 2023 and Ama Dablam (22,349 ft) in 2024. She has plans to conquer Mt. Everest, continues to train as a competitive CrossFit athlete, and has competed at numerous regional and national competitive events . In her free time, she enjoys skiing, hiking, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with her two dogs.
She is a member of the State Bar of Utah and State Bar of Florida and is licensed to practice in Washington, D.C. and the United States District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
