David earned his undergraduate degree from California State University-Long Beach and his law degree from Western State University.  His practice focuses on the defense of catastrophic personal injury, transportation, premises liability, and general liability cases.

David has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including advising insurers on their duties under general liability, excess, umbrella, pollution, property, trucking, and auto insurance policies.  He has successfully handled bench and jury trials and appeals, taken hundreds of depositions, and resolved dozens of matters through mediation or settlement.  He treats each case and client as unique and seeks to obtain the best outcome for each client he represents.

In his free time, David enjoys mountain biking, hiking, following Formula 1 racing, and spending time with his friends and family.
