Peter earned his law degree from the University of Maryland, where he was Order of the Coif and served as the Associate Editor of the Maryland Law Review.
His practice is primarily focused on the defense of motor carriers and their insurers and he has extensive experience representing insurers and policyholders in insurance coverage matters. In addition to his insurance practice, Peter worked for more than a decade as a commercial litigator and handled all aspects of complex business litigation disputes involving real estate, contracts, intellectual property rights, corporate and partnership dissolutions, unfair competition, and employment. His extensive experience allows him to give his clients valuable insight and top quality representation.
Peter is active in his local and legal community and is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, where he is the former Co-Chair of the Insurance and Insurance Bad Faith section.
