Charles “CJ” Barnabi, Jr.

CJ earned his law degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and is licensed to practice in all Nevada state and federal courts and the United States Federal Tax Court.

His practice focuses on the defense of general, complex, motor vehicle, and trucking liability cases.  He has extensive experience representing insurers, Fortune 500 companies, and individuals in all stages of litigation in insurance defense, premises liability, and motor vehicle accident cases and real estate, contract, and bankruptcy disputes.

CJ is a skilled attorney with a passion for advocating for his clients in numerous legal settings. He has over 20 years of experience fighting for his clients in straightforward to complex litigation matters and he has developed a strong reputation for diligence, expertise, and problem solving.  He prides himself on staying connected with his clients to keep them up-to-date on the status of each case and the strategies he employs to move each case toward its established goal.
