Ryan earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and his law degree from Washington University (St. Louis) in 2011, magna cum laude, where he was named to the Order of the Coif and was the Senior Editor of the Washington University Law Review.

He is a skilled litigator with more with more than ten years of experience representing insurers, corporations, and self-insured entities in a wide range of complex matters. He focuses his practice on the defense of transportation and motor vehicle accident cases and has extensive experience representing clients in business torts, commercial disputes, premises liability, general liability cases.  He recently obtained summary judgment on behalf of a hotel and casino in a premises liability case and a defense verdict on behalf of an insurance company in an assignment-of-benefits dispute.

Ryan has a well-rounded perspective on risk management and litigation strategy and routinely advises clients from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal, with a focus on efficient resolution and strategic positioning.

He is admitted to practice in all Nevada state and federal courts.
