Richard Bissell

Rick earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1992 and his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1998.  He is licensed to practice in Utah and Colorado.

Rick has over 25 years of litigation experience in insurance defense, trucking and transportation, personal injury,  construction defects, premises liability, product liability, contractual disputes, employment law, and real estate.  He also served the public sector for over a decade as Assistant Attorney General with the Utah Attorney General’s Office and as Deputy District Attorney for the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office.
