Brian earned his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from The University of Cincinnati, Carl H. Lindner College of Business in 2004 and law degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law in 2008. He is licensed to practice in Nevada and California.

Brian has more than 17 years of experience defending transportation providers, commercial carriers, insurers, and businesses in matters involving catastrophic injury, regulatory compliance, complex liability litigation, driver conduct, fleet operations, and commercial disputes. Earlier in his career, he founded and led his own litigation practice, where he managed high-exposure cases in state and federal courts in Nevada and California.

Brian is a veteran of the U.S. Army, where he served on active duty as a Combat Engineer. He is active in the community, including service as a Fee Dispute Mediator and Arbitrator for the State Bar of Nevada, membership in the Las Vegas Defense Lawyers, and past service as Chair of the Spring Valley Town Board and as a member of the Leadership Las Vegas Class of 2022.

Brian holds a “Superb” 10.0 rating from Avvo, has been named to The Best Lawyers in America, and has been recognized four times as a Nevada “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers.
