Davit Sargsian

Davit earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah and his law degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where he served as the Executive Board Notes Editor of the Nevada Law Journal and was awarded the Dean’s Award for Leadership. He is admitted to practice in Utah.

Davit focuses his defense practice on the defense of transportation, general liability, insurance coverage, bad faith, professional liability, labor and employment, and construction liability matters. He has extensive experience defending a variety of high stakes injury and commercial disputes and provides his clients with diligent representation and practical solutions.

He is a member of the Utah Minority Bar Association and Armenian Bar Association and speaks fluent Armenian.
