Delaney earned his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University in 1997 and his law degree from the Seattle University School of Law in 2001. He is licensed to practice in State and Federal Courts in California and previously practiced in Washington and Oregon.
Delaney has more than twenty-five years of experience litigating personal injury claims from the plaintiff and defense side and as an in-house attorney for an insurance company. He has extensive experience in trucking and motor vehicle accident cases and has taken more than 15 cases to trial in trucking, motor vehicle, premises liability, personal injury, police assault, product defect, employment, real estate, and business dispute cases.
He is a member of the CAALA Trial Academy class of 2022, has been designated as a “Super Lawyer” in consecutive years, and was a member for the American Truck Accident Attorneys Association (ATAA).
On the personal side, Delaney is a Certified Foster Parent in Los Angeles County and was featured in the award-winning A&E docuseries, “The Day I Picked My Parents.”
