Troy earned his undergraduate degree in 2009 from the University of California, San Diego in Political Science, with a Public Law Emphasis and a minor in Law & Society. He earned is law degree in 2014 from California Western School of Law, where he was a member of the Pro Bono Honor Society and Dean’s List and earned the highest grade in his trial practice course.
He began his career as a Public Defender in San Diego, where he conducted 15 first chair jury trials in felony and misdemeanor cases and then managed the San Diego office of a criminal defense firm. He now focuses his practice on the defense of general, complex, and motor vehicle liability cases and brings his years of courtroom experience and innovative ideas to advocate for the firm’s clients.
In his free time, Troy enjoys cheering on his favorite sports teams, exploring the outdoors, traveling, cooking, and spending time with his dogs.
